Haulover Park, located in Miami Beach, is a versatile park, public beach, and tourist attraction offering both clothing-optional and family-friendly beach areas, a popular dog park, and picnicking opportunities just north of South Beach action. Designed by historic architect William Lyman Phillips, the park features a mile and a half long white sand beach between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, complete with picnic areas and sand dunes. It’s a popular spot for surfers and includes Bark Park, a shaded, dog-friendly area with designated sections for small and large dogs, as well as an off-leash dog beach. Amenities include barbecue grills, cycling lanes, picnic tables, public restrooms, a skateboarding area, and a volleyball court.
